Chinstrap Ninja Returns and Shipping

Returns Policy:

All sales made by the Chinstrap Ninja street wear brand store are FINAL. We do nothave a warehouse nor do we keep an inventory of our product. Chinstrap Ninja uses a third-party (Print On Demand) fulfillment company so each order placed is custom made for that purchase. Therefore, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns. 

 

If your product has a defect, then we will offer a replacement of the same product in the same size. The product defect must be reported within 14 days of its delivery date to jason@chinstrapninja.com to receive a replacement. 

 

Chinstrap Ninja will work with our POD fulfillment company to review replacement/return requests only if:

  • -The product is damaged or there is a printing error. 

  • -We receive an email with a defect complaint within 14 days of product’s delivery date. 

 

Any defect reports after 14 days will not be replaced. We do not replace products if the buyer decides they want a different size, color or product after their purchase. The buyer will have to place a new order. We apologize for the inconvenience but each order placed is custom made for each customer. Our POD fulfillment company does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. 

 

Shipping Policy:

 

Estimated shipping delivery times: 

USA: 3-5 business days 

Canada: 5-10 business days 

World: 10-20 business days 

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. 

 

International shipping: 

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees. 

 

Order never arrived: 

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. 

 

If a buyer’s product is returned to our POD fulfillment company because the buyer provided a wrong address or the delivery goes unclaimed. Then, the buyer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have an updated shipping address for the buyer.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Our POD fulfillment company will not be liable if information provided is incorrect.

 

If for any reason you need to change the delivery address, please notify Chinstrap Ninja (jason@chinstrapninja.com) within 24 hours so we can work with our POD fulfillment company to make the changes as soon as we can. 

 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us with your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to file any claim for a lost delivery if the carrier tracking indicates their product was delivered.  All lost product claims must be reported by 14 days after the expected delivery date.
